Submission will be rigorously reviewed, and should clearly make the case for a documented improvement over the existing state-of-the-arts. All accepted and presented papers will be published in Springer Book Series 'Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering' and submitted for major indexing services like EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, etc.
